Directions In Design Wins Gold Kitchen of the Year 2014
St. Louis Homes and Lifestyles Magazine recently awarded Directions In Design with the Gold Award for Kitchen of the Year 2014.
The main challenge in this residential kitchen design was the lack of functional space. To create a more functional space an "L" shape layout was used, a center island was added and wall space was utilized to the ceiling for additional storage.
Some of the design features in this kitchen include the crisp waterfall island made from Zodiaq quartz, dark wood custom cabinets, a unique honey & onyx backsplash, and two statement George Kovac pendant lights.
This small space was transformed into a warm, inviting and functional kitchen.
