- Casino Vessels
- Fast Ferries
- Tug Boats
- Terminal Facilities
Our staff is capable of handling small or large-scale renovation and new construction projects. The result of twenty-seven years of national and international experience is unparalleled knowledge and technical expertise in specifying materials for passenger vessels and workboats. Planning recommendations and specifications meet the appropriate regulations:
- US Coast Guard
- High Speed Craft Code
- Crew Endurance
Among our in-house resources are a large library and programs including Auto CAD 2016 and Revit to interact electronically with owners and other professionals. Our workboat and terminal planners fully realize the direct connection between an interior environment and productivity, safety and crew endurance. There are many components and aspects which must be integrated in the design process such as:
- Visual Appeal
- Indestructible Materials
- Lighting Control
- Acoustical Levels
- Adequate Storage
- Privacy and Maintenance Issues
Directions In Design has the ability to coordinate every aspect essential to a marine environment and design experience of passenger salons, lounges, dining and food service areas, gift shops, galleys, crew quarters, and crew dining and lounge areas.
